Crystal Jade Korean BBQ, Nex
Before the last day of my exams, Hammy and I went out to have buffet at Crystal Jade Korean BBQ. This BBQ is not only one of the nicest Korean BBQs around, it is also considered to be value-for-money. The student price is only $13.90++. Of course I have to make use of my student’s status before I graduate right? =D
They also had yummy jelly desserts and ice cream. Their fruit salad is sweet and appetizing too. You just have to try everything, although we usually steer away from cooked food such as the above.
Their marinated chicken, beef and pork are delicious, chewy and juicy with taste! Although I felt that the chicken could have been cut into smaller pieces. And I have to mention their prawns, they were so fresh and juicy! We put them in the hotpot and they made the soup SO thick and awesome, that we couldn’t stop drinking the pipin’ hot soup.
The buffet meal comes with a complimentary Ginseng chicken soup.
I love barbecued mushrooms.
We left the place after 2 hours of feasting satisfied and filled to the brim. Our third time there and they didn’t let us down one bit.
